Membership terms require a minimum 12-month commitment and auto-pay setup at enrollment. Early termination incurs a cancellation fee of one month’s membership. Membership covers Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport, and allows additional units to be purchased at the package rate for the membership level selected. Additional offers and discounts can not be combined. Friends and family benefits apply only to appointments scheduled at the same time as the member’s appointment. Membership includes complimentary access to select bŏdze events, subject to availability and event selection criteria. Members receive 10% off medical spa treatments and products, excluding other offers. The Wrinkle Relaxer Club membership and its benefits are subject to change and may be updated or modified at bŏdze’s discretion.
