By enrolling, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide you with elevated access to the expert care, exclusive services, and the experience bŏdze is known for.

These terms are subject to change. The most current version will always be available online or upon request.

1. Membership Overview

• Membership is valid for 365 consecutive days from the date of enrollment.
• Annual membership fee is $249 and must be paid in full at time of enrollment.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Member Benefits

As a valued bŏdze member, you will receive:

• 20% off all skincare and premium retail products (in-person purchases only).
• Member-only pricing on select wellness and medical spa services.
• A $100 bŏdze birthday gift card, redeemable only during your birth month (in-person use only).
• Complimentary admission to all bŏdze-hosted events (excludes purchases made at event).
• Surgery consultation fees waived.
• A $50 gift card for you and the person you refer when you refer the new patient to bŏdze (see Referral section below).

3. Payment & Pricing

• The $249 annual fee is due at enrollment and is non-refundable.
• Pricing for services and products is subject to change at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website and in clinic menus.
• Membership cannot be paused or extended for any reason.

4. Referral Program

Members are eligible to receive a $50 bŏdze gift card for each successful referral. In order to qualify:

• The referred individual must be a first-time patient at bŏdze.
• They must mention the referring member’s name at the time of booking.
• Referrals must be recorded before the new patient completes their first appointment.
• Gift cards are issued after the referred patient completes a service.
• Referral rewards may not be retroactively applied or combined with other offers.
• The new patient referred to bŏdze will also receive a $50 bŏdze gift card, which will be issued to their account after their first appointment.

5. Additional Terms

• Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, gifted to others, or combined with other offers.
• Only the enrolled member may use the benefits associated with their membership.
• bŏdze reserves the right to make adjustments to the membership program, benefits, or pricing at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse or misuse of membership privileges may result in revocation without refund.
