What is Juvéderm?

- Must be an Allē Member to purchase and redeem gift cards.
- Each gift card can be redeemed for $75 off a JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers treatment at participating Allē provider offices only.
- Limit one JUVÉDERM® Day Buy One, Get One Free Gift Card Offer purchase per Member.
- A healthcare provider will determine if Member is an appropriate candidate for a JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers treatment.
